Cookie Dough



Could be 1 large portion or 2 smaller portions

Ingredients Recipe 1:

  • 1 Can chickpeas
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey or Caesin
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 tsp sweetener- e.g Agave nectar, date nectar
  • Optional tsp cocoa powder for a chocolate twist

Ingredients Recipe 2:

  • 1 Can chickpeas
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla/Cookies and Cream Whey or Caesin
  • 1/4 Cup Almond milk
  • FlavDrops


  1. Add all the ingredients to a small blender.
  2. Blend until smooth- adding extra almond milk if you want a creamier texture.
  3. Once you have your desired consistency- should be smooth, slightly thick and fudgy
  4. Serve up your cookie dough and top as desired, e.g, chocolate chips, dates, coconut and many other things.


  • Now lets talk about toppings, my favourites are dried fruit such as dates and prunes, sugar free chocolate chips, a chopped up protein bar and an extra dollop of nut butter on top !
