Quinoa & Oat Porridge

Serves 1


  • 50g Dry Quinoa
  • 25g Dry Oats (Optional)
  • Water or milk of choice
  • 1 Apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Optional vanilla whey protein
  • Mixed Fruit and Seed sachet


  1. Cook the Quinoa as per instructions (Heat on a hob with water)
  2. Once fully cooked, add the oats and more water/milk to cook through fully
  3. Chop and add the apple, cinnamon and any additional extras
  4. Take off the heat and pour into a bowl (this is when you stir the whey in, after you have removed the pan from the heat)

You can adjust the portion to suit, but I like a hearty breakfast so a big bowl of porridge is always welcomed!
