Zoats or Courgette Oats are a game changer for anyone bored of their usual oats or for those on a diet looking to bulk out their meals without extra calories. (P.S you can’t taste the Courgette)
Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Courgette
- 50-60g Oats
- 1 Scoop of Whey Protein
Method:
- Grate the Courgette
- Add the grated Courgette to the dry oats and then add your water
- Stir the Courgette, Oats and Water together in a bowl and put in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Remove and then stir again before putting the bowl back in microwave for a further 1 to 2 minutes
- Once heated, stir in the protein and add any desired toppings
