Zoats

Zoats or Courgette Oats are a game changer for anyone bored of their usual oats or for those on a diet looking to bulk out their meals without extra calories. (P.S you can’t taste the Courgette)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Courgette
  • 50-60g Oats
  • 1 Scoop of Whey Protein

Method:

  1. Grate the Courgette
  2. Add the grated Courgette to the dry oats and then add your water
  3. Stir the Courgette, Oats and Water together in a bowl and put in the microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Remove and then stir again before putting the bowl back in microwave for a further 1 to 2 minutes
  5. Once heated, stir in the protein and add any desired toppings
