Some may think this is an odd one but I promise this can be a nice change from the regular sweet porridge.
- Liquid of choice (Milk or water)
- Optional non flavoured protein powder
- Avocado, almond and chilli
- Turmeric and Chicken
- Tomato and Cheddar
- Peppers, curry powder and peas (Paella style)
- Mushroom, onion and thyme
- Pre cook any toppings of choice, pre cook your chicken or any vegetables such as the peppers or onions and leave to one side.
- Add oats, liquid and any seasonings or protein powder to a pan and stir constantly until the oats thicken
- Once the oats have cooked add in your toppings and mix throughly so your additions are evenly distributed throughout.
- Serve up and demolish as I would say.
