Protein Doughnuts- Pronuts
This recipe is so versatile, you can create your favourite flavours !
Makes 6 Doughnuts
Pronut Recipe Vanilla or Chocolate:
- 40g Oats
- 30g Sukrin Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Whey
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp (15g) Coconut oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 Egg Whites
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put the mixture into a doughnut maker machine or use a doughnut baking dishĀ and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180Ā°C
- Then get topping happy
Toppings:
Chocolate | Victoria Sponge |
Peanut Butter |
ā¢50g Soaked Dates
ā¢20g Cacao Powder ā¢Sweetener (Date nectar, Flavdrops) |
ā¢100g Greek yoghurt
ā¢Sweetener (Date nectar, Flavdrops) ā¢Berries |
ā¢2 TBSP Powdered peanut butter
ā¢1.5 TBSP Water ā¢Seeds |
Soak the dates overnight and then blend with other ingredients and ice the pronuts. | Mix the yoghurt with the sweetener and then add berries. | Mix the powdered PB with the water and smother. |
Macros per 1 Doughnut without toppings:
- Calories: 100
- Protein: 8g
- Carbs: 6.5g
- Fat: 4.4g

Hahahahaha. OMG!! I’ve never heard ‘pronuts’ before. Made me laugh so so much!
I am totally stealing this idea and making some vegan pronuts (I will try and remember to credit you, but I am really terrible at remembering where I saw stuff!!!)

Great Idea, To make them Vegan you could replace the whey with a plant based protein and replace the egg whites with apple sauce š
