Sometimes you just don’t have time to bake really complicated recipes, you need a snack for your desk, work, or school and you need it quickly ! Thats where this 4 ingredient Blend and Bake Banana Bread comes in; super simple, super nutritious and hits the sweet spot.
Makes 10 small slices
40g Coconut Flour
3 Whole Eggs
20g Date Syrup
Pre-heat the oven to 180
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend until all the lumps have gone. (You may need to scrape down the sides once)
Pour into a silicone tin, or use a non stick baking dish.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
Macros per 1/10th Recipe:
Keeps for 3-4 days in a sealead container at room temperatur
Serve Warm or Cold
Slice and freeze for a convient snack
Smoother in Nut butter or Jam for a perfect combination
