4 Ingredient Banana bread

Sometimes you just don’t have time to bake really complicated recipes, you need a snack for your desk, work, or school and you need it quickly ! Thats where this 4 ingredient Blend and Bake Banana Bread comes in; super simple, super nutritious and hits the sweet spot.IMG_3475.JPG

Makes 10 small slices


  • 300g Banana

  • 40g Coconut Flour

  • 3 Whole Eggs

  • 20g Date Syrup



  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180

  2. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

  3. Blend until all the lumps have gone. (You may need to scrape down the sides once)

  4. Pour into a silicone tin, or use a non stick baking dish.

  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife comes out clean.


Macros per 1/10th Recipe:

  • Calories: 68

  • Carbs: 9g

  • Fat: 2g

  • Protein: 3g



  • Keeps for 3-4 days  in a sealead container at room temperatur

  • Serve Warm or Cold

  • Slice and freeze for a convient snack

  • Smoother in Nut butter or Jam for a perfect combination
