This Week 13-19th February 2017 it was Valentines Week. The week that people express their love, but it’s not just about loving your partner, it’s about loving your friends, family and most importantly yourself ! That’s why all week I shared Breakfast recipes and ideas along with 1 thing I love.
Here’s an Overview of the whole week !
Day 1: BANANA AND BEETROOT FLAPJACK
Day 2: BAKED OATS
Recipe:
- 50g Oats
- 50g Pureed Beetroot
- 50ml Egg Whites
- 30g Whey
- 100ml Water
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Bake in a bowl or a silicone bread mould as I did for 30 minutes.
- Remove and serve with strawberries and Choc Shot.
Day 3: RICE CAKES
@saykallo Rice Cakes with Strawberry Whey mixed with Greek yoghurt topped with fresh strawberries and @chiabiaseed Chia seeds.
Day 4: PROTEIN OATS
Ingredients:
- 50g Oats
- 30g @whey_box Strawberry Whey
- 10g @sukrinuk Coconut Flour
- Handful of Strawberries
- Raw White Chocolate Heart
DAY 5: SWEET COTTAGE CHEESE
Cottage Cheese with Vanilla Whey mixed in topped with fresh strawberries and Goji berries.
DAY 6: STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES
DAY 7: Sweet Omelette
Egg White Omelette topped with Greek yoghurt mixed with strawberry whey and topped with fresh strawberries
