Pesto Protein Pasta

Serves 5

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Pre Heat oven to 180° and boil a full kettle.
  2. Cook Sausages in the oven for 15mins.
  3. Sauté chopped peppers and onions in a large pan.
  4. Cook the pasta with the pre boiled kettle water.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
  6. When the sausages are cooked, chop them up and add both the sausages and pasta to the large pan with the veg in. 
  7. Finally add the pesto and stir well.
  8. Allow to cool before putting into 5 tupperware containers.
