Rome's Gelato is the best in the world ❤ I just spent the most amazing weekend in Rome. There was 3 days of Pizza, ice cream and basically alot of carbs ! There was also 40 miles walked, amazing memories made and quality time with @gregwilliams2662 Now i'm back, meal prep is done, back to the gym and back to work. You can live a healthy balanced lifestyle without sacrificing living and making memories. Everyones life long goal should be overall health, a couple of days of indulgence will not affect this. Enjoy your holidays, make your memories, live a healthy happy life.
2009 > 2019 12 Years Old > 22 Years Old I don't feel old enough to look back on a decade of my life but I guess I am ! Not going to do a super long reflection post, but if I could tell that 12 year old girl how strong she was to overcome the struggles in her life I would. Most of us never realise how strong we are until we struggle through something.
