Did you know on average your bone density increases from ages 0-30 then plateaus between 30-40 years old and then declines from there. So now is the time I need to be ensuring I do as much as possible to increase my bone density as much as possible to give me the best possible chance of avoiding osteoporosis in the future. So here I have put up the 3 things that will make a difference to your bone health over your life ! The full blog post link is in my bio ⬇️ (I know this post wont get loads of likes or anything but its important so I'm sharing it)
Literally had the best evening yesterday @royalalberthall watching skyfall with a live orchestra I highly reccomend !! ⠀ In regards to my photoshoot prep, I ate both lunch and dinner in london yesterday and I had two nice meals and two gins. I went over my calories slightly by 300. Therefore today I will eat 300 calories less than my target today. You can still live your life and create memories when dieting you just need to look at the bigger picture ❤ ⠀ Remember to watch my YouTube channel to see my photoshoot prep !
Post Workout Lunch was 👌🏻 I have been a Vegetarian for 9 months now and getting my protein in hasn't been the easiest for me as a fussy eater. This meal has 30g of protein in. A rough guide is that you want 3 meals a day containing 25-30g of high quality protein for optimal muscle protein synthesis (Muscle building). With the rest of your protein coming from any snacks ect.
It's going to be a super hot day today and one of the most important things is too stay hydrated ! On a normal day we should drink 2 Litres of water day ! (Most people dont) When it's really hot and you are sweating more you should up this to 2.5-3 Litres per day. It your planning on exercising for over an hour in the heat you should swap a plain water drink for an isotonic sports drink to replace electrolytes. Right go and drink your water now 💦
