Virtual Personal Training is a 1-2-1 Session specifically programmed for you. The session will be held on Zoom and Leisha will be able to access your technique and help you improve. Leisha will push you to help you closer to your goals all with the equipment you have at home, even if thats none !
COMMIT TO YOU is an online training programme designed to help you commit to your health, fitness & wellness. The workouts include strength, fitness, core , resistance band work and more.
By signing up for a membership you have access to all online workouts including access to all previous recorded workouts.
Workouts include, strength, bodyweight, HITT, core, resistance bands, express and stretch. 3 New Workouts are added every week.

You need to book a Consultation call with me HERE so we can discuss everything about you, fitness and your goals. You will then be sent a online questionnaire to fill out and three other forms.
Following the consult, we will begin programming your bespoke strategy to ensure you achieve amazing results.

For full online coaching, Yes, when I create your plan, I’ll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you’ll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you’re a beginner, I’m going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you’re an advanced lifter/athlete, then I’m going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.
To cancel your membership you must cancel seven working days before the charge date, otherwise you will be charged for the following month. You must cancel within plenty of time in writing to your personal trainer. All memberships have a minimum term of 60 days.
All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. This is a Physical Readiness Questionnaire which will be carried out in your first consultation/ taster session , it will help to identify any health restrictions. As such we may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this. All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
This will vary depending on your adherence to then plan and your personal circumstances. But in 4 weeks you should see and feel noticeable differences.

The primary form of communication occurs via email. We use a combination of emails, video messages and whatsapp.
Regular client check ins occur on a weekly basis and begin with the completion of your check in form. This is vital to your success within your coaching.
Online Coaching: Payment will be set up after your consultation call. After that you will be charged on the 1st of the Month by GoCardless.
Commit To You: Payment is taken from GoCardless on the 1st of the Month. If you wish to join in the middle of of a month please contact me directly so we can get you set up asap.
Virtual Personal Training: Payment for individual PT Sessions is taken via the booking system.
