Coaching with LM FIT is a very bespoke service centred around results AND education to allow you to become more confident, stronger, fitter and ultimately the best version of yourself. We don’t alienate foods, we don’t make you do hours of cardio, we get you results in a healthy sustainable way.
For Online Coaching
You can book a Consultation call with me HERE so we can discuss everything about you, fitness and your goals. You will then be sent a online questionnaire to fill out and three other forms.
Following the consult, we will begin programming your bespoke strategy to ensure you achieve amazing results.
For full online coaching, Yes, when I create your plan, I’ll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you’ll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you’re a beginner, I’m going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you’re an advanced lifter/athlete, then I’m going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.
To cancel your membership you must cancel seven working days before the charge date, otherwise you will be charged for the following month. You must cancel within plenty of time in writing to your personal trainer. All memberships have a minimum term of 60 days.
All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. This is a Physical Readiness Questionnaire which will be carried out in your first consultation/ taster session , it will help to identify any health restrictions. As such we may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this. All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
This will vary depending on your adherence to then plan and your personal circumstances. But in 4 weeks you should see and feel noticeable differences.

The primary form of communication occurs via email. We use a combination of emails, video messages and whatsapp.
Regular client check ins occur on a weekly basis and begin with the completion of your check in form. This is vital to your success within your coaching.
Online Coaching: Payment will be set up after your consultation call. After that you will be charged on the 1st of the Month by Stripe.
