Recipe Books including breakfasts, sides and small dishes, main courses and desserts straight to your inbox. All macro counted, in imperial or metric measure and featuring MyFitnessPal barcodes on each recipe.


Additional workout plans if requested to do outside our 1-2-1 sessions. These are specifically designed around the equipment available to you and your goals.

Choice of Location

PT Sessions can be done online via zoom from anywhere in the world or in my 1-2-1 PT Studio based in Wootton., Northampton.


24/7 access to Leisha via whastapp and email to answer any questions and support you. Access to the members area full of exclusive content and an an online client support group.

In order to see results that last you need at least 8 weeks for me to help you properly and effectively. 

If you wish to purchase single sessions you can.

  • £35 per session for one person
  • £45 per hour for two people

To cancel your membership you must cancel seven working days before the charge date, otherwise you will be charged for the following month. You must cancel within plenty of time in writing to your personal trainer. All memberships have a minimum term of 60 days.

All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.  This is a Physical Readiness Questionnaire which will be carried out in your first consultation/ taster session , it will help to identify any health restrictions. As such we may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP.  Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this. All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Clothes should be fit for purpose – comfortable and non-restrictive;  Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

You need to book a Consultation call with me HERE so we can discuss everything about you, fitness and your goals. You will then be sent a online questionnaire to fill out and three other forms.

Following the consult, we will begin programming your bespoke strategy to ensure you achieve amazing results.

Yes.  We totally understand that people lead busy lives, and need to be flexible with different working patterns and personal commitments so we’re flexible on sessions and you won’t have to stick to the same time each week.

This is why we have an online booking system to make booking your sessions easy.

However it is YOUR responsibility to fit in your PT sessions each month.

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so we can reallocate your session.

Notice of less than 24 hours will mean you lose a session.

If you’re late for your session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full session.

Payment will be set up after your consultation call. After that you will be charged on the 1st of the Month by Stripe.

We carry out all kinds of exercises, but we’ll only do the exercises that you feel comfortable doing.  Our job is to find a training programme that suits your body and your goals to achieve results.
