Description

On-Demand Classes you can do anywhere, anytime to Commit to your health, fitness & wellbeing.

Workouts Including strength, bodyweight, Core, Resistance Bands, HITT & Stretch. You can do these classes anywhere, anytime and all the classes will be available to you for as long as your membership is valid.

You can watch these on A laptop, tablet, phone or TV using Chromecast from the Google Chrome browser on your computer. 

Examples of Workouts in the Workout Library already:
– 30 Min Low Impact Cardio/Fitness
– 60 Min Full body Stretch
– 35 Min Kettlebell Full Body
– 25 Min Resistance Band Glutes
– 30 Min Plank Core

I recommend people do a structured workout 3-4 times a week to maintain and improve fitness and strength.
