How good do these peanut butter and banana chia oats look?! ⠀ This has been my breakfast all week and I’ve loved it. @Team_LMFIT has also had access to this recipe all week and been loving it. ⠀ A great balance of protein, fats and carbs. A great post workout meal if you train in the mornings ! ⠀ 360 Cals per bowl. 40g Protein, 31g Carbs, 7.5g Fats.
Mindful Eating Tips: ⠀ 1️⃣Don’t Eat with distractions (No Tv) -Be present in the moment, sit at the dinner table, enjoy the food, use all five senses, the smell, the colours, the texture and the tastes. ⠀ 2️⃣Eat slowly and chew your food properly
⠀ 3️⃣Use the hunger scale to realise when your full -You do not have to finish your plate, put leftovers in Tupperware or ask for a doggy bag at a restaurant. ⠀ 4️⃣Drink water before your meals to ensure it is not thirst causing hunger signals
⠀ 5️⃣Eat at the dinner table with friends and family
⠀ 6️⃣Don’t Skip Meals
⠀ 7️⃣Notice the effect the food has on how you feel
⠀ 8️⃣Eat to maintain overall health and wellbeing - Health comes first ⠀ 
Being mindful can not only help people to loose weight but it helps to create a better relationship with food for the long term. If you can learn to create lifetime habits then you will be more successful in your goals in the long term.
