I have had personal training sessions with Leisha for the majority of this year. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions that push me physically and mentally as well as being fun and interesting. I have never done the same workout or routine twice with Leisha. Leisha offers more than just an hours exercise, she is also teaching me life long skills and habits, she is regularly in contact to keep me accountable or to answer my questions and when I do fall off the wagon there’s no demeaning or scolding or pressure, Leisha’s there with motivational words, a confidence boost and open arms to get me back on track. On a number of occasions Leisha has gone above and beyond to help and support me with my goals. Leisha is a talented professional with a friendly, caring personality. Thank you Leisha! X

First and foremost Leisha listens to what you as an individual want to achieve and then tailors your workouts to help you achieve your goal.
She is friendly and accommodating but definitely knows how to push you to get the best out of your sessions. In addition she offers nutrition support and advice, helping you to maximise the results you can achieve.
