I just spent the most amazing weekend in Rome.
There was 3 days of Pizza, ice cream and basically alot of carbs !
There was also 40 miles walked, amazing memories made and quality time with @gregwilliams2662
Now i'm back, meal prep is done, back to the gym and back to work.
You can live a healthy balanced lifestyle without sacrificing living and making memories. Everyones life long goal should be overall health, a couple of days of indulgence will not affect this. Enjoy your holidays, make your memories, live a healthy happy life.

I don't feel old enough to look back on a decade of my life but I guess I am !
Not going to do a super long reflection post, but if I could tell that 12 year old girl how strong she was to overcome the struggles in her life I would. Most of us never realise how strong we are until we struggle through something. So here's my little piece of life advice, realise your strength now and take what you want out of the next decade.
